IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst I to support business systems, reporting, and application enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units and IT teams to support system and process improvements
• Assist with gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
• Create use cases, workflows, and functional documentation

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED required; two years of college or associate's degree preferred
• 1+ year(s) of experience in project participation or as a liaison between business and IT preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence services preferred
• Completion of training in project management concepts and information technology preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, required
