Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst (Full-time/Part-time/Night Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure IT solutions meet organizational needs
• Serve as the conduit between stakeholders and software development teams to meet stakeholder needs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to provide recommended IT solutions and process improvement plans

Required Qualifications

• Experience in gathering business requirements and test planning
• Understanding of information flow between project stakeholders
• Ability to prepare documentation on data flow, design, and testing approaches
• Basic knowledge in SQL and HTML
• Experience in software development processes
