IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst to support initiatives across the PMO team in a remote contract-to-hire position.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develop test scripts
• Serve as a liaison between business partners, PMO, and technical teams

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business requirements experience
• Proven experience creating business requirements and test plans
• Healthcare industry experience is required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
