Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst who will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and end-users to identify, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and system requirements
• Conduct gap analyses to identify process inefficiencies and support the design and delivery of technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC, Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation tools
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa
