IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a driven and self-managed IT Business Analyst, the remote position will require flexibility for meetings in EST and focuses on gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements for Quality business functions
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies, proposing opportunities for process improvement
• Lead or support workshops and stakeholder meetings to facilitate requirements sessions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 - 10+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, including documentation of business/system requirements
• 6+ years of experience in Stakeholder Management with cross-functional teams
• 6+ years of experience in Process Improvement and Gap Analysis
• Life Science experience is required
