IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leading mid-level requirements analysis and solution design activities, the full-time IT Business Analyst will support client implementation, system enhancements, and workflow improvements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering with internal teams, clients, and vendor partners
• Create detailed documentation including user stories, functional specs, and process flows
• Facilitate implementation readiness activities and support UAT through project documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years of analytical work experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with health plans
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or Jira for user story and requirements management
• Working knowledge of Excel and SQL for data analysis
• Understanding of system integrations, workflow automation, and implementation processes
