IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support IT projects and system implementations, the hybrid IT Business Analyst will gather and manage complex business requirements, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and develop process flows while working onsite one day a week and remotely the rest of the time.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage complex business, data, and functional requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and JAD sessions to ensure clear communication and collaboration
• Develop process flows, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications to support IT initiatives

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting IT projects and system implementations
• Strong understanding of business/data process analysis methodologies and SDLC processes
• Experience in developing statements of work for contracting and procurement
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science or Information Technology Systems
