IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Denver Service Center's IT initiatives, the full-time IT Business Analyst will document business processes, gather requirements, and provide user support for enterprise tool adoption in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for Microsoft Project Online and Point Online, including managing permissions and maintaining project structures
• Gather and document requirements for new projects and system integrations, facilitating workshops with stakeholders
• Conduct systems analysis and quality assurance for software enhancements and enterprise workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a relevant discipline
• 2+ years of experience in gathering business requirements and producing user stories in an IT context
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project Online, Point Online, or Power Platform
• Experience in conducting systems analysis and quality assurance for software enhancements
• 4+ years of experience can substitute for the degree requirement
