IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the application's projects and initiatives, the full-time IT Business Analyst will gather and document requirements, write user stories, and serve as a liaison between business customers and the development team while working remotely from select states.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer needs and technologies into actionable business plans and document required changes
• Review and write requirements, perform testing, and communicate system changes to business areas
• Manage Business Governance processes and prioritize enhancement requests for electronic channels

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in IT or business analysis
• Knowledge of user-centered design for mobile/web applications
• Experience with project planning and reporting
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
