IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting purchasing-related functions, the full-time IT Business Analyst will manage ERP applications, facilitate process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into IT demands in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, implement, maintain, and upgrade ERP application modules within the functional area
• Provide ongoing system support for internal and external applications and ERP modules
• Analyze user requirements to determine ERP configuration and customization needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 0-3 years of experience in business process and/or IT
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications and knowledge of ERP systems, specifically JDE World
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with data structures, vendor EDI/Punchout, and tools like Power BI or Tableau
