IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing Office of Information Technology, the full-time IT Business Analyst will facilitate communication between business units and project teams, manage product backlogs, and lead the identification of acceptance criteria, all while working remotely with occasional onsite meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in managing project work by facilitating communication and gathering business requirements
• Lead the development team in defining features, user stories, and acceptance criteria while ensuring effective implementation of requirements
• Support user acceptance testing and ongoing stakeholder engagement post-solution delivery to address needs and issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis and requirements definition
• Familiarity with agile processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
