IT Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting business and technology initiatives, the full-time remote IT Business Analyst will manage requirements gathering, translate them into actionable work items, and ensure alignment between stakeholders and IT teams to optimize healthcare applications and revenue cycle processes.
Key responsibilities
- Partners with business stakeholders to gather, document, validate, and prioritize business requirements
- Translates business requirements into actionable work items and enhancement requests for development teams
- Develops and maintains subject matter expertise in assigned applications, business processes, and workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a business analyst in a healthcare environment
- Experience supporting healthcare applications and revenue cycle processes preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Visio
- Experience with software implementations and system integrations preferred
