IT Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the IT Business Analyst will analyze existing systems and business processes, identify improvement strategies, and assist with project management to deliver effective business solutions across the University.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project teams using BABOK and PMBOK methodologies for problem analysis and solution delivery
- Conduct needs assessments to identify business requirements and prioritize resource allocation based on departmental priorities
- Develop project plans and documentation to manage projects within approved time and budget parameters
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of progressive experience in Business Analysis
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field
- Project Management experience is highly desirable
- CRM and Salesforce implementation/optimization experience is a plus
- Business Analyst certification and business process improvement credentials are advantageous
