IT Business Analyst
Job Summary
Detail-driven and experienced, the full-time IT Business Analyst will act as a bridge between clinical/operational teams and IT, translating business needs into technical requirements and optimizing workflows in a hybrid/remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories for IT development
- Design process maps for critical clinical and administrative workflows, focusing on optimization and efficiency
- Partner with developers and vendors to configure, test, and implement enhancements to enterprise platforms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare or clinical operations
- Proficiency with Agile tracking tools like Jira and Confluence
- Strong experience in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) operational workflows and healthcare billing/RCM
