Job Summary
Supporting the Division of Workforce Development, the full-time IT Business Analyst will manage a comprehensive fellowship program management system, oversee quality improvement initiatives, and maintain program policies while working remotely with occasional onsite visits in Atlanta, GA.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize a comprehensive fellowship program management system to support program operations and data management
- Oversee quality improvement and program evaluation activities, developing action plans based on annual reviews
- Collect and process fellowship applications, maintaining a shared file management system and fulfilling data requests
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of experience in a related role
- Proficiency in SAS, R, and Microsoft products including Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, and SharePoint
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams and with various stakeholders
