IT Business Analyst (ERP)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst (ERP) to support global technology initiatives across finance and project-based business domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead, facilitating agile ceremonies
• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements
• Support estimation, roadmap planning, and backlog management in collaboration with product owners and delivery teams

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in an agile environment
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile delivery frameworks, and DevOps practices
• Experience working on finance-related and project-based business initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to work with distributed global teams across multiple regions and time zones
• Experience supporting estimation, planning, and delivery in collaboration with IT development teams
