Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage project work and facilitate communication among stakeholders
• Elicit and document business requirements, manage the product backlog, and break down user stories into actionable tasks
• Analyze business processes, recommend improvements, and provide ongoing support post-delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis and IT solution facilitation
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering and Agile methodologies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in creating mock-ups, data models, and process documentation
