IT Business Analyst Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst/Project Manager I.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements and processes to ensure system alignment with business needs
• Assist in developing project requests, charters, and plans while managing project resources and timelines
• Develop and report on change management plans and progress to ensure smooth organizational transitions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of business analysis experience with small to medium scale projects
• Minimum of 1 year of project management experience for small to medium scale IT projects
• Baccalaureate degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with cloud collaboration tools and data analytics projects is preferred
• Exposure to formal change management methodologies and agile methodologies is a plus
