IT Business Analyst - Quality Assurance

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst - Quality Assurance to support technical diversification and rapid innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and define system scope
• Develop and execute test strategies and plans to validate functional requirements
• Perform post-implementation validation to ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or commensurate experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Quality Analyst role
• Experience in a collaborative, agile delivery environment
• Working knowledge of analysis and testing tools (e.g., SQL, documentation tools)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
