IT Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the IT Business Intelligence Analyst will design and build dashboards, collaborate with department leaders on key performance indicators, and conduct root cause analysis to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build dashboards and reports using curated datasets to meet departmental needs
• Collaborate with department leaders to define, track, and report on key performance indicators and business metrics
• Conduct root cause analysis for performance fluctuations and identify actionable insights for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field; or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
• Intermediate proficiency in Power BI, Looker, and Microsoft Excel, with experience in building interactive dashboards
• Solid understanding of clinical business metrics, key performance indicators, and operational processes
• Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into analytical requirements and actionable insights
