Job Summary
Supporting the financial and operational effectiveness of the Enterprise IT organization, the full-time IT Business Operations Analyst will manage IT purchasing activities, vendor relationships, and contract renewals while ensuring compliance with procurement policies, both remotely and onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end IT purchasing lifecycle, including requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation
- Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate contract administration activities, ensuring timely renewals and documentation management
- Generate and analyze financial and procurement reports, performing budget monitoring and variance analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT business operations, finance, procurement, or related roles
- At least 2 years of direct IT purchasing/procurement experience
- Experience with financial analysis, variance reporting, and budget support activities
- Strong understanding of IT procurement processes and vendor management practices
