Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Vendor Manager - Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Support annual IT budgeting and forecasting in partnership with Finance
• Deliver business updates and executive summaries to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT operations or enterprise operations leadership
• Industry experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or healthcare
• Strong understanding of IT financial management and budgeting
• Experience managing IT vendors, contracts, and third-party services
• 2+ years of experience delivering executive-level updates to senior stakeholders
