Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements
• Prepare financial and operational reporting to support IT leadership decision-making
• Support the annual IT budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with Finance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT operations or enterprise operations leadership
• Strong understanding of IT financial management, budgeting, and cost controls
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and third-party services
• 2+ years of experience delivering business updates to leadership
• 2+ years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives
