IT Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Partner to serve as a strategic liaison between business units and the IT organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with specific Business Units and facilitate communication with Technology Services
• Translate business needs into requirements and guide through appropriate action channels
• Lead business requests for system changes and collaborate on troubleshooting process problems

Required Qualifications

• Five years of experience in business administration/management or technology, plus three years in a service-oriented organization
• Strong relationship management and strategic thinking skills
• Foundational knowledge of infrastructure and application principles; advanced knowledge of networking and data centers is a plus
• Awareness of new product development best practices
• Understanding of financial modeling related to technology investment
