Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align technology strategies with business goals
• Oversee delivery of technology solutions for leasing operations and customer portals
• Champion data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities for modernization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Information Systems (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in technology strategy or IT business partnership roles
• Experience in implementing IT Delivery Management processes
• Strong understanding of enterprise platform ecosystems, including CRM and ERP
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and build relationships with senior executives
