IT Business Partner

Job Summary

Serving as the primary IT partner for local eMobility leadership, the full-time IT Business Partner will manage IT operations and support network infrastructure, production hardware, and cybersecurity for the Knightdale/Raleigh, NC facility and Atlanta office in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main IT contact for Siemens eMobility leadership, managing IT demand and aligning local needs with IT standards
• Develop IT roadmaps for site growth, production readiness, and business continuity while supporting budget planning and project management
• Provide onsite IT/OT support across various environments, ensuring operational efficiency and cybersecurity compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT business partnering, IT operations, or manufacturing IT
• Experience supporting onsite IT operations in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Proficiency in managing IT projects, budgets, and vendor relationships
• Ability to work onsite in Knightdale/Raleigh, NC, and support the Atlanta office as needed
