Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, IT Business Partner - Internal Audit and Reinsurance Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT liaison for assigned business units, fostering strong stakeholder relationships
• Lead a team to manage and deliver an applications portfolio aligned with business needs
• Gather user feedback to identify areas for process improvement and enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in IT, business analysis, or IT service delivery
• Familiarity with ITIL or IT service management frameworks
• Strong understanding of business processes and their linkage to technology solutions
• Experience in requirements gathering and supporting IT project delivery
