Key Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D stakeholders to manage and prioritize the technology portfolio and future roadmap
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution of R&D IT initiatives
• Lead the implementation and improvement of core R&D systems while ensuring compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in R&D IT roles
• Strong knowledge of R&D applications (e.g., Veeva, SAS, ArisGlobal)
• Experience with enterprise application implementations and operational support
• Proven ability to lead complex system integrations and technology initiatives
• Prior experience in people management or team leadership
