IT Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Denver Service Center's IT initiatives, the full-time IT Business Process Analyst will document business processes, gather requirements, and provide user support for enterprise tool adoption in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for Microsoft Project Online and Point Online, managing permissions and project structures
• Gather and document business requirements, facilitating workshops and translating them into user stories
• Conduct systems analysis, develop design alternatives, and perform quality assurance for software enhancements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a relevant discipline
• 2+ years of experience in gathering business requirements and producing user stories in an IT context
• Experience supporting or administering Microsoft Project Online, Point Online, or Power Platform
• Proven ability in conducting systems analysis and performing quality assurance for software enhancements
• 4+ years of experience may substitute for the degree requirement
