IT Business Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Partnering closely with executive stakeholders, the full-time remote IT Business Relationship Manager will manage strategic alignment between business units and IT, ensuring technology investments meet organizational priorities and drive measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to capture and communicate demand, requests, and feedback between business and IT teams
• Lead discussions and initiatives to drive continuous improvements and enhance customer experiences
• Coordinate with delivery and service teams to monitor project status and ensure alignment with business goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in IT business relationship management or a closely related role
• Proven ability to act as a strategic partner between IT teams and business stakeholders
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a DoD-issued security clearance
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and optimization initiatives
