IT Business Senior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Senior Analyst to facilitate communication between business users and technologists.

Key Responsibilities

• Define systems scope and objectives for complex projects while fostering communication between business leaders and IT
• Consult with users to resolve complex system issues through evaluation of business processes and recommend solutions
• Support system change processes and provide user and operational support based on analysis of information

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
• Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Demonstrated expertise in the Fraud domain and experience in managing enterprise-level solutions for fraud detection
• Proven experience in successfully leading and delivering AI-based projects
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
