IT Business Services Manager

Job Summary

Owning and executing the application portfolio strategy, the full-time remote IT Business Services Manager will ensure alignment with business goals, drive measurable value, and lead application lifecycle management while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through portfolio applications
• Monitor application performance, data integrity, and risk metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee implementations, upgrades, and releases, ensuring adherence to SLAs and budget expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred
• 8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in Legal, Compliance, Corp Insurance, & Credentialing systems
• Experience with MD-Staff, 1App, Origami, Diligent, LinkSquares, or related software
• Working knowledge of ITIL, Project Management, Product Management, and Agile Development
• Healthcare industry experience required; hands-on experience with AI is highly preferred
