IT Business Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting integrated projects and strategic initiatives, the full-time IT Business Solutions Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and IT to identify operational needs, facilitate development discussions, and translate business requirements into innovative solutions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate discovery sessions to define project scope and develop project charters while producing high-quality documentation
• Evaluate potential ROI and recommend fiscally responsible solutions aligned with organizational objectives
• Lead project initiatives utilizing project management techniques to ensure successful implementation and adherence to established change management procedures

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience
• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Application Analyst, or similar role
• 5 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
• Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Business Analysis Certification (IIBA, PMP)
• Preferred knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
