IT Business System Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting various data-focused projects, the remote IT Business System Analyst will serve as a liaison between business and technology groups, identifying complex systems requirements and validating solutions to drive organizational change.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and define complex systems requirements, scope, and objectives while assessing current business systems
• Utilize industry-standard tools and methodologies to document, model, and analyze business requirements
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with teams during project planning, execution, and closure phases

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Teams
• Knowledge of industry tools and techniques for requirements elicitation and analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across diverse audiences
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
