Key Responsibilities

Support tier 3 break/fix and recovery work streams for property policy systems
Coordinate production incidents and processing recovery requests
Collaborate with team members and business partners to resolve system problems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field and two years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience
High school diploma or GED with completion of a technical training program and two years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience
High school diploma or GED with four years of relevant experience in requirements gathering activities
