Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate requirements elicitation sessions among business and technical users
• Document customer business requirements through formal Business Analysis processes
• Coordinate projects from development through implementation, working with IT teams, clients, and vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in business or systems analysis within the IT development field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of SQL and experience with database management systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and tasks effectively
