IT Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Analyst responsible for solving moderately complex system problems and documenting requirements for changes to claims systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure business requirements and acceptance criteria are met prior to sign-off and document system enhancement scope
• Drive scope management and facilitate solution design discussions with project teams and stakeholders
• Monitor and report project status, issues, and risks while mentoring junior team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2 years of functional system requirements analysis experience or 6 years of related work experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Experience with AWS is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
