IT Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and launch efficient business and operations systems to support organizational functions
• Analyze complex data processing challenges and design scalable solutions in collaboration with product owners and engineers
• Investigate application issues, compile detailed reports, and propose effective solutions while facilitating Agile development processes

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Systems or a related field with 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience
• Experience in optimizing SQL Server performance and managing large datasets
• Proficiency in developing custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience designing and implementing scalable ETL pipelines and maintaining data integrity across environments
• Ability to develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau and lead Agile product ownership activities
