Job Summary

IT Business Systems Analyst, a contract position offering remote work, is responsible for managing Epic Hospital Billing configurations, translating user requirements into technical specifications, and serving as a mentor to team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Epic Hospital Billing and claims configuration changes while ensuring adherence to quality and timelines
• Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications and act as a liaison between Operations and IT
• Participate in software upgrades and provide support during go-lives and system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Epic software and healthcare billing processes
• Ability to mentor and guide team members
• Familiarity with workflow analysis and technical issue resolution
• Knowledge of application support and training material development
