Key Responsibilities

• Manage Epic Hospital Billing and claims configuration changes, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
• Translate user requirements into functional specifications and review with clients for accuracy
• Act as a liaison between Operations, IT, and Third-Party Systems, providing support during application incidents and upgrades

Required Qualifications
