IT Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

IT Business Systems Analyst serves as a full-time liaison for assigned business areas, providing consultative guidance and support in the analysis of business and user needs while implementing technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides functional and technical support during the development, implementation, and testing of complex projects
• Develops detailed functional requirements, user acceptance criteria, test plans, and conducts user acceptance testing
• Facilitates business requirements gathering and communicates technical issues and solutions effectively to business units

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in application development, testing, and/or business/systems analysis
• High school diploma or GED
• Thorough knowledge of Information Technology fields and computer systems
• Proficient in requirements gathering methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with business requirements and business process analysis to ensure IT solutions meet business needs
