Job Summary

IT Business Systems Analyst, a full-time position, serves as a liaison for business areas, providing consultative guidance, conducting feasibility studies, and supporting technology solutions to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides functional and technical support during the development, implementation, and testing of complex projects
• Develops user acceptance criteria, test plans, and conducts functional/user testing
• Facilitates business requirements gathering and determines technical impacts for projects

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in application development, testing, or business/systems analysis
• High school diploma or GED
• Thorough knowledge of Information Technology fields and computer systems
• Proficient in requirements gathering methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with business requirements and business process analysis
