IT Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support core organizational functions, the full-time IT Business Systems Analyst III will plan, design, and launch efficient finance and enterprise data systems, while also gathering and analyzing data, documenting business processes, and investigating application issues in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements and business process definition sessions with Finance stakeholders to document financial data flows and reporting needs
• Create system design proposals and models to guide data warehouse developers and BI engineers
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Finance department and the IT Data Warehouse team, ensuring clear communication of business requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in a data warehouse, business intelligence, or finance systems environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting
• Extensive experience with ERP systems and/or Data Warehouse platforms
• Working knowledge of financial concepts including general ledger and budgeting/forecasting
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data pipeline concepts is a plus
