IT Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support an enterprise healthcare client, the contract IT Business Systems Analyst will implement, modify, test, and administer complex business systems and applications, specializing in Epic environments, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of business and user needs to deliver appropriate technical systems solutions from concept to completion
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues, managing service incidents and requests
• Design screens, workflows, reports, and interfaces, preparing functional and technical specifications for system changes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with Epic environments and complex business systems
• Proven ability to lead meetings and direct team problem-solving sessions
• Strong understanding of technical configurations and integrations
• Ability to serve as a primary technical point of contact for external vendors
