IT Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support an enterprise healthcare client, the contract IT Business Systems Analyst will implement, modify, test, and administer complex business systems and applications, specializing in Epic environments, while working remotely during standard business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business and user needs to deliver appropriate technical systems solutions from concept to completion
- Design screens, workflows, reports, and interfaces, while preparing functional and technical specifications for system changes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues, serving as the primary technical point of contact for external vendors
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in Epic environments
- Proven ability to manage service incidents and requests
- Strong background in designing technical specifications
- Experience leading meetings and collaborating across teams
