IT Business Systems Analyst Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the BA team in delivering user and functional requirements, including facilitating requirements elicitation sessions
• Document business and technical requirements, and provide functional/conceptual/logical design documents
• Support Salesforce Health Cloud system implementation and maintenance, while coordinating projects from development through implementation

Required Qualifications:

• College degree, preferably a B.S. in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related clinical field
• 10+ years of experience in business or systems analysis, with at least 3 years in the healthcare industry
• Experience with Salesforce, Healthcloud, and Virsys12 is a plus
• Strong understanding of IT concepts, Software Development Life Cycle, and database management
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, including SCRUM/Agile processes
