IT Business Systems Analyst Lead

Job Summary

Leading business analysis efforts, the IT Business Systems Analyst Lead will work remotely or in a hybrid capacity to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design technology solutions that align with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead requirements elicitation and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through formal business analysis practices
• Develop functional, conceptual, and logical design documentation, including data models and business case materials
• Support operations and finance systems through implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a health-related field, business, computer science, or a related area, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of work experience in business or systems analysis within the IT development field, with at least 3 years in the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in documenting logical diagrams, flows, and other types of documentation
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, change management, and SCRUM/Agile processes
• Experience with relational databases and SQL, along with familiarity with application lifecycle or test management tools
