IT Business Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, IT Business Systems and Enterprise Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the IT Enterprise Applications group, ensuring high availability and alignment with departmental needs
• Oversee the operational aspects of enterprise applications and AI-enhanced tools, promoting AI literacy within the team
• Lead the planning and implementation of new applications and major updates while driving continuous improvement in IT processes

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in an IT leadership role managing a global team in business applications or IT management
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with LLM deployments and knowledge of orchestration layers
• Strong understanding of application and data integrations with Okta
• Proven track record of managing global teams and developing talent in a remote environment
