IT Category Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Category Leader, IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Category Strategies and identify gaps and opportunities in the IT market
• Support project execution and manage sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
• Oversee vendor relationships and report on cost savings, risk mitigation, and project developments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Business, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of IT and/or strategic purchasing experience
• Experience managing contracts and projects with annual spend of $1-10M
• Familiarity with supplier and contract management platforms (Jaggaer is a plus)
• Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
