IT Category Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Category Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Supply Management and IT procurement support to clients with expertise
• Lead development and implementation of category strategies for IT resourcing
• Negotiate agreements and statements of work to support IT procurement needs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Management or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience, including 5 years in Supply Management, Procurement, or IT Business Office roles
• Experience managing third-party spend within large organizations (annual revenue $1+ Billion) preferred
• Strong working knowledge of the IT marketplace and experience with application development agreements
• Adept negotiation skills in agreements related to performance and risk allocation
